Wisconsin a 2 seed : Quad 1 (6-7) SOS (35) Non Conf. SOS (113) How do they deserve a 2 seed ??
Texas Tech a seed : Quad 1 (7-5) SOS (50) Non Conf. SOS (297) 297 ? LOL.
Purdue a 3 seed : Quad 1 (7-8) SOS (16) Non conf. SOS (9) OK, not a huge deal, maybe deserve it.
St. Johns a 3 seed Quad 1 (3-4) SOS (72) Non conf. SOS (165) Nope. Only 7 Quad 1 games and horrible schedule in both

Oregon a 4 seed (higher 4 than UK) Quad 1 (8-6) SOS (27) Non conf. SOS (66) How are they ranked a higher 4 than UK ????
UK a 4 seed Quad 1 (9-9) SOS 3 Non conf. SOS (43) It is obvious the SEC is a LOT tougher than the other conferences, a few of these seeds are down right laughable with the 113, 297, 165, 66 ranked Non Conf. SOS. Factor in some with SOS of 35, 50, 72, is as bad.

Not even factoring in some with quite a few less Quad 1 games ( St. Johns only 7) they are worst in every metric than other teams around them. Oregon only 8.
St. Johns is the worst, they don't have neither with 72/165 SOS's and only 7 Quad 1 games.
Texas Tech with 50/297 schedules is just as bad.

Don’t worry about it. Palm has been considerably way more off than normal this year. Comparing his bracketology to the tournament selection committee’s top 4 seeds reveal a few weeks ago could have headlined on Comedy Central

None of these bracketology guys are worth anything. They usually get what, 66/68 teams and most of the one seeds correct beyond that it's a crap shoot. I'm pretty sure most of could do that.

Challenge accepted. Create us the OliverSimmonstwinbrother bracketology and we will scrutinize it

Joey Brackets is a marketing guy that never played basketball.

KenPomPom is a meteorologist that never played basketball.

No idea who this Palm dude is but he’s worse than those two.

The committee is going to do what the committee does

If they can find some nerd numbers to throw out there to support what they were going to do they will.

Bracket matrix has wisconsin as a 2, not just palm.
And they have Texas Tech as a 3.
And St Johns as a 3.

We're 20-10. They're 23-7, 23-7, 26-4.
There's more than just having one more good win. There's also not losing.

Palm is the 10x worse than all others. From 2003 to 2012 I did my own projections when it was only Joey and Palm doing this stuff.

I beat Palm 8 times and tied once he got me once in ten years.

Look at the SOS and Non conference SOS for those teams. Let them play UK's schedule and see where they are. Guaran Damn Tee you ALL of those you listed would have at least 10 losses. St. Johns especially. Look at Texas Tech's whole schedule and results, then try and convince me that played a difficult schedule. Fluff shit for those teams and fake resumes.

Texas Tech - SOS (72) NC SOS (297) 297 ?????? They played less than good mid majors OOC. Play a 3rd ranked schedule and come back and talk to me.

St. Johns - SOS (72) NCSOS (165) SEVEN quad 1 games (lost 4 of the 7, over half). So you are trying to tell me if they played 11 more quad 1 games and have 18 like UK, they wouldn't lose 4/5 more games ? Get real.

There is a reason why the SEC will get 12/13 teams and the others a lot less. Their conferences are less talented top to bottom and especially the top 8 teams.

Jerry is a Purdue grad and loves the Big10. That will answer a lot of your questions.

In his top 4 seeds today he has 6 SEC, 3 Big 12 and 5 Big 10. He also has IU in over Texas despite Texas being 16 spots higher in the NET rankings. He is a Big 10 homer and doesn't try to hide it.

He still has Kentucky as 4 seed good lord

His 3 seeds are (not sure his order since he lists by regions and not gives a number like Joey brackets)

Iowa St, Wisconsin, St John's, Texas A&M (Texas Tech was a 2)
