I read a blurb, forget the source, that said it started at UK +4, went to +3, and nos is +2.5. Could still be changing, but the books don't like to do that.

Yes, IF UK were favored it would be a - number for UK, BUT UK is the underdog, and I just placed a small bet on UK +2.5. Meaning if Florida wins by 3 points or more I lose my bet but if they win by two points or tie or lose I win my bet.
