Iowa St is scarry.

They gave up 80 points to Kansas, which UK held to 44. UK might score 100 against them. And they are a terrible free-throw shooting team. Almost blew the game last night with missed FTs.

But they do play an entertaining style. That was a fun game to watch.

I would love to play them in Hilton.It would be entertaining in the extreme especially for the first ten minutes until all their players over 6'7" (both of them) picked up their 3rd fouls trying to capture any rebounds.

They are fun to watch especially at home and they could beat UK if they shot 60% from 3 pt. range and Kentucky came out on Valium. Not happening.

UNC plays the same style with much bigger more skilled people . A team like ISU is much less a threat than a team like UVA who will play defense, milk the shot clock and keep the game in the 50's .The Duke team that played the Cards yesterday (zone, lots of decent 3 point shooters, etc) is a bigger threat than ISU. A fast pace , multi-possession game favors the team with lots of big skilled people (that would be your own Wildcats)

ISU has a good team that plays hard and is coached well.
They also have a pretty good go to guy, who shoots well
And has size. So ya I would be a little worried seeing them

Our ball. But in no way do I think UK will just walk over
Every team in March to win it all. And the ones who keep
Saying UK beat this team who beat this team so we would
Kill this team, better wake up.

I'll quote Cal. These kids are not machines. And in my opinion
A team like ISU could give us a run for our money March.
