how many losses will uk have at end of schedule?

8 in regular season.

7 or less probably gets you a 3 seed at worst with how difficult the schedule is
With Cal and his upcoming lineup of Jordan Burkes at the 3 and Bradshaw at the 5 with Mitchell, Wagner, and Reeves? It could be as high as 12.
If nothing changes then 12 to 16 games lost. If they get defense fixed we know we can score. So fix the D and you will be looking at 6 or less losses.
Since Cal’s still coaching I’m going 10+
I will go with 7 to 8, too much talent to lose more than that.

22-9 is my prediction now, if you would of asked me right after the miami game I would of said 5, that’s how good I felt about the team. Then they went and did everything you can’t do and lost at home to uncw, which a portion of our fanbase is cool with and now I’m completely changed my outlook on the team. 22-9, maybe win a game or two at the SEC tourney and in the 5-7 seed range like last year
We had nuts here saying we’d run the ooc schedule with only one loss to Ku. Now who knows. This team is capable to beat UNC and then lose to UL. It’s a text book cal team since he got his extension. A lot of losing. Too much for UK and this season is the defining moment. One way or another the ship must be righted this season. If cal loses big he’s gotta go or the program will become IU. I mean we May already be there but hopefully we still have a chance. This program was bullet proof until Barney and his stupid decisions. I can’t believe this guy is still employed by the university. I guess they don’t care about bb anymore at UK. They just want a chump pushover oh shucks clown type at AD. Man you almost have to try hard to lose and ruin the uk program but cal and Barney are doing it
Unfortunately, a good portion of the fanbase is perfectly fine with the losing and lack of tournament success. The Cal fan club on this board is proof of that. So yes, I think the powers that be at UK do not care. They know that people will still watch and buy merch regardless of how the team performs. But that begs the question: why spend so much on the coach?
I’ve seen more “ oh other teams are losing to mid majors” so it’s fine Kentucky did. Kentucky isn’t Mississippi st or auburn basketball. Kentucky is a top program and the fact a portion of our fanbase is cool with losing games like UNCW is sad
Cal has lowered expectations he’s been trying to do it since day 1. A little fb success was the distraction he needed to put it on cruise

Large portion of our fanbase is out of touch with reality. On here one min talking about great we are and the next day the sky is falling. We Shouldn't lose at home to unc Wilmington..... But with a team this talented it isn't the end of the world. I understand the fans on here believe we should go 40-0 but that's out of touch. (And yes they do think that, tell me the last loss they were ok with)
Probably lose to UNC,Gonzaga and Tn on road, At A&M,at Arkansas. Wouldnt be suprised to see us drop another one at home,maybe Alabama, and Pearl has pretty good schemes against Cal, so at Auburn could easily be a loss. So 8-9 regular season. Since he has never valued the SEC tourney,especially in the last few years another loss there, and then the Big Dance as probably a 5-6 seed. A loss there dont know where, could be first game,could be E8,alot of that depends on Match ups. So I predict 10-11 losses by seasons end.
I expect 10 or more every year these days. Early season losses combined with losing most of the big games, and then losing both tournaments equals another 10 loss Cal season.
9-10 , but don't care too much , it doesnt bother me anymore . I'd take a few losses if we make a FF .. but that is unlikely . Cal needs to go ASAP

I'm gonna go 6. I blame Cal for the last game as much as anyone. But...it's hard to lose 8 or 9 games when you have this much talent. Even for Cal.
The UNCW game was a let down. We weren't out talented. I'm betting we don't have that happen again all year.
I think we come out hungry vs UNC and beat them. We'll smack Louisville around like a cat that's caught a mou...bird.
