9/29 on 3s is encouraging. Some of the best shooters didn’t hit so well. But the fact that we took that many is good. We have a thing here.

I think we'll actually be really solid from deep, and because of that, our spacing will be elite.

Get the bigs back to shore up the rim protection and rebounding, and I think you have a bonafide Final Four contender.

Offense will not change up with our bigs, specifically big Z and Bradshaw as both have 3 point shooting ability. Very encouraged by tonight’s performance as their tempo was great all night long. Took a few 3’s which I thought were bad shots but that will happen especially early on with the young players. Like to see us get up at least 25/game and believe we can hit between 35-40% on the season. Last year we were 213-613 for just under 35%.

Depends on how green the light is for DJ to continue to fire away. He wasn’t a good shooter in HS with a shorter line and shorter defenders and it looks like he is going to continue to shoot poorly in college.

But he is excellent in the other facets of his game and I hope he continues to showcase that.

Last year we shot 18 a game good for like 310th in the nation. I'm good with them If they are open looks.

Wagners shooting is the only issue I’ve seen with this team so far. Shouldn’t be a major issue with as many options as we have on the roster.

This. Mitchell and Reeves didn't shoot like they normally do and we were still at 31 percent. I think we will have a solid shooting team, one of Cal's better ones.

We weren't that bad last night. We definitely shot better in the second half. Maybe some jitters. I don't expect shooting to be an issue for us this year. Mitchell is too much of a threat from outside and it will spread the floor. If Adou starts hitting a few threes, we'll be tough to deal with.

Not great, not horrible. I expect for the season about 34-35%, led by Reeves, Mitchell and Sheppard. We will shoot more than last year, maybe 25/gm.
