It is my understanding that if a player makes the Under Armour Game, then he mostly is one of the better players in the country----Right?

It is also my understanding that a player with a ranking of 5 star is considered better than a 4 star player and certainly better than a 3 star. The lowest rating a player can have and still be 3 star is 5.5. A rating of 5.4 would drop him down to a 2 star player.

Understanding all of this, please explain how an Under Armour Player (Carlos Becker) is only rated as one of the lowest 3 stars. Hard to understand!

The people who do the rankings are not the people who select for the games. Most of the time there will be significant overlap and similarities between the rosters and the rankings. FWIW, UK's staff LOVES Becker.
