Interviewer- We've done a background check on you and you let your girl get with your dad and you were ok with it?

Daylight Savings Time will have to take a back seat to the addition of three days to the calendar to account for the change in the speed of the Earth's rotation.

Tip time 915/930? May need to set an alarm to get up and watch.

Getting cheated on - Bad
Getting cheated on with someone you know - Really bad
Getting cheated on with someone in your family - Bad enough to be life changing
Getting cheated on with your father - I'm not sure what you do here...
Getting cheated on with your father and millions of people find out about it and make jokes about it - ..........Take your girlfriend back?

Again, it must be out of this world.

Man that family is full of psychos, no wife is ok with that and I don’t care what they say that kind of crazy is going to show itself eventually and that’s going to be the cause.

Also any dad willing to do that to his son is a POS and deserves what his wife will eventually do to him.

Now that the story is public imagine her parents and how they feel. They have to be begging their daughter to get TF away from these weirdos!

Krazy I have it on good authority that their daughter's life long dream was to get railed by a father/son duo and have it blow up on social media. They have always been supportive parents and are beaming with pride.

I haven't really researched this story. Are we sure it's legit? This isn't some jealous hussy that is trying to create a hoax to ruin this young girl's life? Because they do that sometimes. All girls hate each other on some level.

I made a post on Feb. 6 looking at our poor defense over the previous 5 games. The highlights were that we were giving up a ton of 3s, teams were shooting extremely well against us, and we weren’t forcing turnovers.

Well, it’s been another 5 games, and despite the injuries we have been the 10th best team in the country over that span per Torvik - and it’s (mostly) not been driven by offense. We’ve had the 14th best adjusted defensive efficiency and the 24th best adjOE.

In terms of the factors mentioned above:
- we’ve improved to a 39.7% 3 point attempt rate allowed, which is just below average, but still a meaningful change.
- shots allowed at the rim have gone up a bit, but we’re still doing well at limiting those.
- teams are still burning the nets at the rim, but are shooting a much more reasonable 34% from midrange and just 23.5% from 3.
- we are forcing a 15.9% turnover rate, which is not exactly good; but it’s a heck of a lot better than it had been.

Maybe the biggest credit you can give this staff is diagnosing problems and fixing them - quickly. Earlier in the year we were fouling too much, and that’s been largely fixed (last game notwithstanding). Then we were giving up a million offensive rebounds, and that’s been addressed. Then we were playing terrible defense, and that’s largely improved. Not easy to fix this stuff midseason (or even mid game sometimes).

How much of our recent defensive improvement is related to scheme change and how much is just mean reversion/shooting variance is unclear - I suspect roughly equal parts both. Either way, really encouraging stuff, IMO, and portends well for the future.

- Bourbon Bros 2025 Edition. Awesome.

- Authentic King Cake legit from Nawlins. Delicious (can never eat the inauthentic swill again).

- Boat’s $500 bottle of wine. Best I’ve ever had (granted, I’m no wine).

- Huber’s horse racing dice game. Addicting.

- Watching sausage being made from scratch. Fascinating.

- Watching the Cats blow a lead. Infuriating.

- Back where I belong doing tax litigation. Feels good, man.

- Coach wants CF to get a large share of starting reps on the mound this season. Proud of him.

- CE’s cheerleading team got 2nd in a pretty tough competition last weekend. Proud of her.

- Time to get back on the nutrition/lifting/walking/supplement train again. Fat.

- That said (and bourbon weekend notwithstanding), have already cut way back on alcohol (sober 19 of last 21 days). Eye opening.

- Bat Cats off to a solid start this season. Fun.

- Weather. Nice.

- Butler and Robinson playing tonight. Honestly don’t like it.

- Stay cool, GYERO. I like (most of) you people.

I like Butler and Robinson playing. I don’t really want them getting starter minutes but having them play is good because it’s a test to see where they are on the way back to being healthy and how their return impacts us instead of waiting until NCAA Tournament.

If they look and play ready I think we could beat Auburn so it’s worth it to play them and possibly earn our way to a 2 seed.

Now if they are rusty tonight and team chemistry is off then I’d keep them on limited minutes until the SEC Tournament.

I quit drinking in January and can’t tell a GD difference tbh. Big Sober is full of shit.
Did dry January for the first time. Lost seven pounds. Did sleep a little better. I havent ever been much of a during the week drinker but it had gotten more frequent and thought it would be best to clean it up a bit. Proud of myself for having done it.

Popped a top one recent weekday night and like clockwork got the side eye from the Mrs.

This is such a trap game. Hopefully the vets and starters being back will help us get up for the challenge.

I did dry January. I’ve gotten hammered a bunch since then. No real difference in my day to day. Feel better when I wake up whilst sober, obviously. But once I get to work I begin to feel like shit regardless. So, what’s it matter. Asteroid gonna engulf the earth anyhow.
