GYERO

Should follow the JMU/IU example.

Fire stoops.
Hire Sumrall.
NIL entire Tulane roster.
Profit

I'd also love to play their schedule while we're at it.

Edit : I'll say this. If Stoops comes out after the game, gives a heartfelt speech and promptly retires admitting he missed the Mark but tried his best, it would endear him to the fan base and do little to tarnish his legacy. He comes back next year and goes 5-7/6-6 and we're all going to hate him. This is Cal all over again.

He ain’t getting 5 or 6 wins with our schedule next year. Will win 0 or 1 SEC games with him still here.

Hard to watch a team that quit on Stoops, but they have. The OL isn’t even bothering to hold as Boley is getting lit up. The defense is water at this point and it’s the UL run game dominating our strongest position the DL.

UL’s weakness has been their defense all year and we just made them look better than UGA and Texas.

Also if you think Stoops is winning more than 2-3 games next year I got news for you, and I’m pro Stoops.

It’s over.

Per Matt Jones, boosters love Stoops and it's his call whether he stays or goes so we have to keep him forever.

Halfway joking, but this is a similar mindset that was verbally beaten into us for years under Cal's lazy leadership. Thankfully he walked and we're much better for it. Maybe Stoops stays but I hate the excuses and again, mindset that we're just stuck in this position. Come back in a decade for your flowers and we'll love you again but at this point read the room and leave.

At this point, it's hard to actually BLAME the players. We have a pretty decent amount of talent on this team. Exponentially more talent than Louisville does...

Stoops has become the 17 year old family dog, that is blind, riddled with arthritis, barely has the will to eat, and shits all over himself because it's too hard to get up and go outside. But the owner refuses to do the "right thing"

Regarding non-threatening life changing health issues, an alcoholic can perform their job reasonably well up until a point. Then, it starts to deteriorate and the job suffers to a point of failure. Watching Stoops, listening to his comments and hearing a little about his lifestyle, I've wondered if that has become an issue.

On to basketball season.
