I tweeted today about Justus doing Cal’s media prepping for his new job next year. Regardless, if DA comes or not, Joel is being pushed out like a Cal freshman. I said it before, everyone minus Lucas needs to go.

I mean the damn govt is in control of inspections etc, and basically giving you the wink wink to go with them which doesn’t leave someone like me a choice.

Watching the posters on HOB talk about how bad Clarke's injury must be and how they can't imagine what he's going through is kind of adorable.
I led a couple $100M (in Ohio) highrises back-to-back as the PA then jumped to a GC to build out their virtual department. Now, I hang up the mouse at 4pm everyday and do little stuff on the side for fun.
@krazykats If you want an extra set of eyes from the design and construction side, I can review the design documents at the various issuances to let you know where they’re slacking (which they will be). Owner’s reps aren’t worth it - just use the GYERO hive mind, IMO.

I don’t know- when legit the top 13 winningest programs of all-time are unranked, including all the blue bloods, something tells me this may be a deeper college basketball issue than just Cal and Kentucky.

Never understood the Italian hate. They make great shoes, I love their food and two Italian Americans have hung banners here with entertaining personalities.
