From the article:

"There was no defensive weakness on the floor for Boston on Sunday. No mismatch to hunt. And LeBron was slowed down by Morris, but he was also pickpocketed by Smart, while his post-ups were consistently complicated by weakside help from Brown, Horford, and Tatum. It looked exhausting. Every time Cleveland had a mismatch, there was a 6'8" Celtics wing sliding in from the weakside to erase the advantage. "

The article states that Ainge and Stephens rebuilt the celtics with long fast versatile players, and that's what did it. Sounds a lot like what Cal is trying to do at UK.

Thoughts?

Cal started building this kind of team at Memphis. Frankly, I’ve been surprised our teams aren’t more wing-friendly, but he’s signed so many great bigs, that we’ve been good.

It's absolutely what Cal prefers, but it's tough to stockpile those kinds of guys because they're good enough to leave after one season and there aren't awful franchises to hand you draft picks on a silver platter.

A few weeks ago I was reading how the Cav's were out after falling behind the Pacers 2 to 1 in their playoff games. So, in a 7 game series, let's not conclude anything just yet.
