I'm in my 50's and was always one of those people who was a UK fan first, because my Dad was a UK fan, and I was raised a UK fan, but UL was the team of the '80s - my prime - and I liked their team and liked Denny Crum and Louisville. So I was a UK fan first and - because I was a Kentuckian - a Louisville fan second.

That was before the Internet age, and before the Calipari era, and before I realized the passionate - actually pathological - hatred so many of their fans have for Kentucky and Kentucky fans in particular.

I just can't pull for them anymore. I have nothing against the team, or the players, or even Pitino, but i have no empathy for their fans. Glad they lost. Hope they lose every game from now until the end of time.
