30% or less ? If we hold the other team to our defensive average of 35- 36 % and hit our free throws, how bad do we have to be on the offensive end?

Coming in and not being aggressive and getting no FTA's is possible with minimal effort.
Can a team really shoot over 50% and us shoot less than 30%?
