Eubanks is a stud. Man A&M is going to be legit as all get out . IMO the best SEC team not named UK . 2 top 30 centers in recruiting , and a few stellar returning players and Eubanks . Wow UT is used to being the power in that state but not right now .

I wish we would get a few more teams competing, then just Kentucky...I miss the old vandys, miss. State, UT, Florida, when they where still competing in the sec, now it's just like UK is picked to run run through the conference every year..

Sooner or later TAMU is going to have to make some post-season noise though. Yes, they've been recruiting well but, where are the results? Yes, they've been out-recruiting Texas but, don't look for that to continue. Kids want to play for Shaka Smart and he'll have top choice of the best players in the Lonestar state. I think the window for TAMU to be relevant nationally is pretty narrow.

I think Eubanks had to go to a school that was in on the quarter system after the delayed ruling on his eligibility. I guess he could have joined Bama in January?

What happened is that Bama wouldn't let him enroll him in classes until the NCAA cleared him. They waited until the last day and when the NCAA didn't clear him, 'Bama released him from his commitment. Then in late October (after a retake of a ACT test) the NCAA finally was able to clear him. Eubanks never has been critical of 'Bama or Avery Johnson but never gave 'Bama a second look when he was cleared even though that 'Bama had an available scholarship for him this December and reached back out to him. He looked at Baylor (which he had originally committed to out of OSNA in 2015) and Texas AM. Texas AM have put together a strong team this year. Winning a game at College Station for any SEC team will be an accomplishment.
