ESPN's Most Dominant Teams In Last 20 Years

You keep calling Memphis a mid-major program, which it was, but it was the most talented team in the country that year. Also, we had to beat two #1 seeds to win the title that year.

Most talented? I'd say UCLA was with Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook and Darren Collison starting. Memphis did wax them tho.

Backcourt a "wash"? I have to challenge that strongly. What evidence do you have?

Here's mine: NBA points

Chalmers: 6,400

Teague + Lamb: 500
Solid logic.

NBA points -

Russell Westbrook: 17000
Adam Morrison: 1200

I had no idea how much better of a college player Westbrook was.

That's almost as bad an argument as the claim that '12 KU had any chance of beating '12 UK. Every point your boys scored in that game was a gift. Bill Self "ran out of time" for our guys to kick it onto high gear again and eviscerate your kids.

I agree with you that '08 Kansas would give '12 a solid game, but nobody with two brain cells to rub together watched those games and came away thinking that '12 KU had any chance at '12 UK.
