Biggest takeaway from last night for me. The last several years we’ve had lots of guys just dogging it a lot of the time. Last night FELT like the old UK basketball we know and love… almost like a Pitino team. Everybody playing like their hair was on fire. Edwards, Shep, Thiero, and Dilly in particular are guys who seem to be balls to the wall every second they are in the game. Mitchell moves at a slower pace, but is an absolutely surgical passer. These guys look like they have FUN playing with each other and it shows!!
