They are both nice players who could contribute here. Tandy is an incredible shooter but may be more of a small SG than a point. Allen you’d expect to be a SF but actually is skilled enough to play SG.

Allen plays with a lot f flair. Very skilled and fun to watch. You can tell he loves and studies basketball. Intuitive player. Great hands smooth

I do not believe Tandy will ever receive an offer if UK believes Lecque commits at some point. Allen, on the other hand, has a completely different game, especially with his reliable shooting and height over Tandy.
