with Arizona and Kansas keeping their coaching staffs intact that schools have been told by their lawyers that they cannot be disciplined by the NCAA after the NCAA let UNC skate? Was it Miami football that sued and won?

Why fire miller? To this point no proof has come forward incriminating him ....

Kansas is going to play the unc route and fight it... because they have a lot to lose

I’ll just be interested to see the warm and fuzzy reception rug doctor gets from opposing fans

Ya'll come up with the craziest ideas. Lawyers have nothing to do with the NCAA, the NCAA can do anything they want, they aren't enforcing laws and can punish any team they want for anything they want and schools can't say one word. They participate in NCAA sports willingly. There is nothing a school can legally do if the NCAA does or does not punish them.

Ya' know... the NCAA made a STUPID mistake regarding their decision on UNC, but not EVERY DECISION AND SITUATION has to deal directly with UNC.

I don't see why people can't move past this. Mistakes were made.

Some of the same people said the NCAA would never remove a Championship banner, vacate wins, and U6 would never be punished. All those things happened. Seems like times are indeed changing.

Also coaches have agents with contracts. The NCAA "suggested" UNLV fire Jerry Tarkanian and they did. Tark took them to court for 10 years and the NCAA finally settled. Now I believe as part of that settlement the NCAA is no longer allowed to suggest anything about the future of a coach.

Jmo.

So UNC didn't use any lawyers?
