Diallo not approved yet, where's Goodman?

Gotta admit I thought Diallo would get cleared if for no other reason than a kid who plays at Oklahoma State (I think his name is Davon Dillard) went to high school with Diallo and got cleared three months ago. Well, I've flip-flopped and am now thinking he won't play a game for Kansas. Lawyering up to me translates to the NCAA seems as though they're going to rule him ineligible and he and his handler are going to fight it. Unfortunate for Cheick and KU if true, but it is what it is.

In a crazy yet perhaps somewhat plausible theory, I do wonder if he isn't cleared if this would be sort of a "makeup/revenge" (or insert your own word) type of deal for the NCAA given what went on with Cliff Alexander at KU last season.

Bilas gets my vote for Emmert's replacement. The NCAA Would become a respected organization almost instantly. He uses common sense.
No, Bilas would let everything slide. Amateurism would be no more. It would completely destroy the collegiate model. "So what the kid got a Bentley, it didn't help him on the court". I used to like him, but he's let his hatred of the NCAA take over.

Yeah, let's review 6th grade homework for an incoming freshman, go to lunch, and then figure out a way for UNC to stay eligible for 2 decades on no classwork.

Yep, that's a complete day at the NCAA offices of integrity and compliance.
