If that happens, you know what is inevitable: Kansas skates. LSU skates. UofL gets their wins and championship back.
No, this would takes years to happen. Even the FBI/NCAA can't ignore them for that long.
I can see the dirty programs wanting to leave, to get out from under penalties, but even if they begin a new title for the National Championship, the ones that had been won before, will transfer. If the NCAA had UL vacate a championship, it is not going to be reinstated by a new Association.
