Well if you listen to what Martin said it didn't mention the fans at all. Whoever tweeted this made an editorial decision to add "no doubt in the midst of being torn apart by the media and Kentucky fandom." Martin never says it had anything to do with the fanbase.

I doubt he threw a tantrum. But It was probably how he's lost popularity in Lexington, no one is listening to him, etc. He may have even griped about players (but I hope not.)

Yeah, it gets pretty personal when yo are barfing up your guts and have a lap to go or you make a dumb ass play and screw the whole team. You get your ass reamed, chewed and get called a few names. Mommies got upset. More often than not, the actual competitors reached down and got it done. A few cried and quit.

Oh I admit Martin was way over the top with the profanity. I never used it much myself, but, my Coaches in the 70's made it a art form. I have actually asked fans to watch their language when I have had my kids or grandkids at a sporting event. Oh and I wear Sketchers. My daughter called the other day and wanted to know if I wanted to go in on half on a pair of 375.00 shoes for my 14 year old grandson. I told her it was stupid to pay that much for shoes for a growing boy, but, if he wants them make him pay half and then ask if he still wants shoes. I draw the line on ridiculous.

There are definitely pairs that are in that range $375-$500 they just don’t make them right now or are a rare color way. Some even in the $1000’s just saying they make new colors every year of multiple retro models you can actually afford without a loan lol.
