Do you define your morality based on what is illegal vs legal? So you let the worlds’ governments define your morals?

And you think his take is awful… my guy, look in the mirror, you’re covered in wool and need a good shearing.
When exactly did I say I define morality based on what is illegal vs legal? I asked why the poster doesn't like LeBron. I asked what LeBron has done in his life that makes him so upset, and I listed some things he didn't do. He has been the face of the league since he entered it and doesn't have a blip on his resume in 20 plus years. From all we have seen, he has been a stand up husband, father, and philanthropist.

I didn’t insinuate anything. LOL at your pathetic comprehension skills. I didn’t say anything about racism or white supremacy. I posted, “Yeah, because I don’t trash 15 year old kids like your budddy” and this goof got all of this nonsense out of that.

Let me be clear and not insinuate anything because you have a hard time understanding simple things. Anyone who trashes a 15 year old kid because they don’t like his father is trash. TRASH.
I read most of the thread and I didn’t see one person trashing the kid. Pretty much everyone said they didn’t want to pursue him because they didn’t want Lebron associated with the program. The regulars on this board know yours and TubbyFan’s agenda. Although you didn’t straight come out and say it, all of your posts in this thread have subtle hints of racist undertones. I believe you said something to the effect of “I must have touched a nerve because I hit on who y’all really are.” Anyone with a brain knows what you mean by that dude. This isn’t the first thread that I’ve seen you and TubbyFan try to call people out for being racist. If I’m wrong, I apologize, but to most on this board, that’s how your posts come across.

You didn’t hit anything weak victim, you just displayed how ignorant and weak you are. Got in your feelings and played the victim and tried to put words in my mouth. You’re a complete joke still crying about calling people racist when race was never brought up. Wasn’t even ever implied yet here you are crying and trying to be a victim. You’re a complete joke.

BTW, if you trash a 15 year old kid because you don’t like his dad, you’re trash. Make up whatever you want out of that. 🤡

So it was just a coincidence that everything you cited happened to be illegal? Being the face of a sports league doesn’t make you a good person. Stand up philanthropist eh? Was a stand up philanthropist when he attacked that cop after he saved that girl from attempted murder with a deadly weapon?

Also, are you aware of where he has merch made? Seems awfully hypocritical of me to decry oppression here in the United States towards his race when he is, as you said, the face of the league and has made millions-billions of $$$ playing a childrens’ game while representing a company like Nike who used forced labor to make his merch. Never once decried China and its oppressive regime.

I have no comments towards his ability to parent his children or his morality as a father. By all accounts his kids are squeaky clean so he’s done his job there. But he is far from the role model of what’s good and decent that you make him out to be. And for fairness sake, I will note I don’t know of any current celebrities who are such paragons.

Bro if you've ever owned Nike clothes or shoes, or using a cell phone plus a whole other heap of things, you've benefited from child labor. C'mon now, you're one of the best posters on this board.

And when the only thing you've done bad is a tweet, and I agree it was incredibly dumb, dangerous and all the blowback he got was well deserved, I have to believe you're a good person. Let's remember he's been under the biggest microscope in the history of sports since he was 16. He's now 38 and we've got zero dirt on him. I don't want a debate, just my two cents brother.

Lebron haters are weird and are always grasping at straws to find things to be mad at him about.

Yes, I’m my youth before I full appreciated the suffering of others I did own Nike products. If I’m given Nike clothes at Christmas and the like I am going to use it, I admit that.

But I really don’t have the means to rebel against them either. I usually get the Walmart brands now because of how expensive everything is, but LeBron doesn’t have that problem. He has plenty of money from plenty of sources he could start an American shoe company and hire those he thinks are oppressed here and give them jobs. He has more than the means to do that. But instead he chooses the lower bidder.

LeBron isn’t perfect. We’ve all done things we were lucky we didn’t get caught doing. But to be so outspoken against oppression, and actively participate in its exploitation, it comes off extremely disingenuous. So while I do benefit from those things it isn’t something I can realistically not support with my dollar. I don’t have the net worth to make that kind of change. If I had would I? Hard to say, but I hope I would have the same morals and integrity that I do now.
