Who are the starters for you guys this year? Who subs in? UK's roster feels almost brand new each year, so I never really know what to expect.

3 starters are set. Murray, Ulis, Skal
Poy is still recovering from his injury but will start once he's 100%.
Lee will likely have his spot until he returns.
Briscoe might start if Cal decides on a 3 guard lineup.
Rotation players look like Matthews, Willis and Humphries.

Spot on. The only questions are WHEN will Poythress be inserted into the starting lineup, and IF Matthews starts over Briscoe.

I really like this roster for you guys. Think it has an opportunity for serious growth.

I think so, too. If Willis can play in these upcoming games as he has in two exhibition games, he will be helpful off the bench. If Hawkins recovers and gets back in the swing of things where he was at, he might be in a crowded backcourt, but there will probably still be times where Cal calls his name, as he has the past two seasons. Hopefully Humphries keeps transitioning to the college level well, and Lee makes the most of his expanded opportunity. Poythress is better physically it seems, so it's basically mental now for him. He will keep getting better the next few games, I believe.

KSR posted a pic from practice and Poy was playing in white with the starters. Maybe they are just rotating, or maybe we see him start sooner rather than later. He certainly seemed to have a breakthrough against KSU. Seemed to trust the knee more and was much more active on both ends.

What is Georgia's rotation looking like?
It may look completely different than this, but I'll give it a shot.

Starters:
Charles Mann (Sr.)
Kenny Gaines (Sr.)
Juwan Parker (Jr.)
Yante Maten (So.)
Derek Ogbeide (Fr.)

Bench:
JJ Frazier (Jr.)
Turtle Jackson (Fr.)
E'Torrion Wilridge (Fr.)/Kenny Paul Geno (Jr.)
Mike Edwards (Fr.)
Houston Kessler (Jr.)/Osahen Iduwe (So.) (we're hoping they don't play too often)

This is probably Fox's deepest team yet, but also inexperienced in some areas. We should be fighting for one of those bubble spots once our front-court matures somewhat.

Cal knows what he's doing and this is what he'll do: mark it down. he will bring Lee in for the first 6 minutes to set the defensive tone (taller, longer arms, a tad more of a shot blocker) and also then our first shots are most assuredly getting put up by our most gifted scorers (Lab, murray, Ulis) and Poy will then come in in as the bruiser role after 6 minutes after Lee has softened em up. And Poy will probably log more minutes. More of a nightmare that way for the other teams. Mark it down.

Think this is going to be a break-out year for Poy if he stays healthy. He very obviously worked on his shot a lot while he was re-habbing the knee.

Has he missed a three yet in the pre-season? A 6'8" brute with his physical skills that can stroke the 3 if left open? If he keeps that up, he's a lock for the first round, possibly a lottery pick.

Praying for this kid. Wonderful person, great representative of the university. He really does deserve it - have faith in Cal that he's going to get him to that next level.

If Lee can't hit free throws he just as well start and have Poy in when we get in the bonus. Which we should do rather quickly with all the slashers we have!

If y'all had a couple good bigs y'all would be a top 15 team. I really like Mann, Gaines and Frazier. You don't thing Frazier will start instead of Parker?

There will definitely be some instances (maybe more often than not) where we'll go with Frazier at point and move Charles to the 3 spot. I think that our base will have Parker at the 3 though and kind of use JJ as a spark. Again, I could definitely be wrong though. We're excited about our two young bigs (Ogbeide and Edwards). Ogbeide just suffered a shoulder injury that will sideline him for a few games, but he'll be fine. He's about 6'8"-6'9" 250 or so and Edwards is 6'9" and about 230. Edwards has really added some bulk which was a nice surprise. They'll both play a lot of minutes alongside Maten. We may not have ranked in terms of our recruiting class, but we feel VERY good about our freshman class of Jackson, Wilridge, Edwards, and Ogbeide. They will contribute a lot over 3-4 years.

I have no idea who will start for sure, or who will get minutes off the bench...we will see Friday and that will evolve throughout the season. What everyone is guessing at seems about right to me though with who will start. The one case where I was like "idk" was Humphries getting more run than Willis. If Willis keeps it up (big if) he might play more minutes per game than Humphries.

You guys need to start getting some of the in state talent down there man. I have a lot of love for the state of Georgia. Big Braves fan!!!! You Guys should be in on the big time Georgia kids like Jaylen Brown and Malik Beasley. I'd love to see you guys step up and become our big rival.

Well, we have been in on them pretty good, just haven't closed the deal on most of them outside of Caldwell-Pope. I think a lot of that just has to do with having a lack of a winning history. For the first time in a while, I feel like our program is on solid footing. As long as Fox sticks around, we should do no worse than NIT from here on out. We're as deep and talented as we've been under Fox. We just signed a couple of top 100 guards out of south Georgia today that will replace Mann and Gaines that we're very excited about. If we can continue to make tournament appearances, maybe we'll start landing the Browns, Beasleys, and Simmons of the world. I for one am very excited about the direction of our program even if it has taken Fox a while to right the ship. We were a dumpster fire before he got here.
