Baseball playoffs

Thought the best 2nd place teams won both of the WC play in games, Washington and Tampa Bay. Think the Wash vs. LA and Minn vs. NYY will be very close and hard fought series.

LA was my pick going into the playoffs, but Houston will awfully hard to handle as well. NYY, Houston or LA are the obvious choices to win it all.

Lexington kid pitching to a Louisville kid to start the series for the Dodgers...pretty neat.

So you actually have two guys, Paxton and Taylor Rogers of the Twins. That is actually a lot, tied with Miss St and a bunch of other good programs. The most anyone has is 4.

The state of Kentucky is represented really well in the playoffs. Chaz Roe from Lafayette pitched in today's game for the Rays against Astros. Brendan McKay from UofL also pitched today for Tampa Bay. Adam Duval of UofL played today for Braves. And then you have the 2 Dodgers, Walker Buehler (Henry Clay, Vandy) and Will Smith (UofL). Add Paxton and Taylor Rogers (UK). Pretty strong representation!

Would this be the first time in a 7 game series that both teams are swept at home?
