Auburn

Do you just sit Butler and Jackson no matter what? I don't think that game is winnable. They slaughtered ole miss by 30 pts.
No. You play Butler and try to win the game. You are playing with house money in this one but a win is massive. You completely lock up a 3 seed and a bye in the SECT. Also, it keeps you in play for a 5/6 seed in the SECT which moves you from Auburn’s side of the bracket. We have nothing to lose but a lot to gain

They should play, if able. The game is winnable if - we shoot well, they don't get away with excessive physical play and they hit a low percent on threes.

My daughter jammed her wrist playing golf at the end of the regular season and it affected her the rest of the year until she got to rest it. She may be tougher than Robinson though because she played an entire season with what turned out to be a strained MCL and inflamed Plica membrane. She refused to go to the doctor because she was afraid they would make her have surgery and she couldn't play. She said the pain wasn't bad enough to miss the season. 🤣

Obviously butler is going to play, he played last night so why in the world would you sit him vs auburn?? Said he felt no pain so sitting him would be dumb, we need this W to improve SECT seeding and hopefully lock up a 3 in the NCAAT. No idea on JR, probably warm up and see how it feels is my guess. I wonder if it’s a pain issue or swelling etc??

It’s at rupp, Kentucky always has a chance at home, always.

More than just a win, we need Butler to get rid of any rust. He will be needed at full strength in the SECT & NCAAT.

Rupp will be rocking and when Butler is out there I feel like we have a chance against anyone. He said he felt good last night.
He is such a tough fu**ing dude.

Auburn is the best team in the country but they have squeaked out some road wins against the lower part of the league the last month, we absolutely have a chance to win this game.
LFG!

No doubt in my mind that Butler plays.

I’d dress Robinson and bring him off the bench in spurts. If he can give us a little, great. If he has pain, he can sit but I’d still dress him.

They also nearly lost to Arkansas too. They aren't invincible. I wouldn't play Robinson until the SEC after the way his wrist responded against OU but that's just me.

Arkansas is as talented as anyone and hot right now, they clobbered us at home. I think you play butler but try to sub him out much more than usual. Robinson probably sits.

They barely beat Texas at home. If we did that, fans would be having a complete meltdown. Since Arky did it, the chicken littles will only bring up the win and try to inject some of that fear and paranoia they like to overdose on. Arkansas is 💩

If they are ready, they should play. Only way to get back to game rhythm is playing. I think win or lose your going to see the Cats at their best Saturday. Past performances speak for themselves but on the biggest stages this team has performed their best during season. #1 coming to Rupp qualifies as huge stage.

It's the 6/7 seed that would keep us off Auburn's side of the bracket. But yeah it's not even a conversation, you go into every game preparing to win.

I'm a little annoyed Jaxson played last night if his injury status is as fragile as it apparently is. Sit him Saturday, let him start against LSU so he can go through senior night festivities then sit him the rest of that game, then sit him Missouri and let him get as healthy as possible for the postseason.

Butler should be a go.
If we can shoot 3s like we’re capable, then there’s no reason we won’t be vying for the W. Almonor has to show up.
Auburn has been tested several times. There’s no reason we shouldn’t expect to have a good crowd, play a good game, and get the WIN. I don’t understand why some people think they’re unbeatable. They’re due a loss also.

Pope can handle it. He knows more about the injuries than we do. If Pope says it’s time to play, I’m ready.

Missouri played one of there best games against AL. Then they drop one to Arkansas. Couldn't miss against AL, couldn't hit against Arkansas.

I actually feel better that AU comes in here off a 30 point blowout then if they barely squeak by against Ole miss.. Intensity/mental preparation has a tendency to drop when you steam roll teams!

Pope did say after the game that they probably brought Robinson back a week too soon. So, I'm expecting they will sit him for this game. Hope he's good to go but just basing it on what Pope said last night. Post season is more important than this one game.
