The entire premise of that article is flawed. Even Ken Pomeroy admits his numbers are virtually completely useless at this point in the season
Like that time his defending national champs were 0.1 seconds away from losing to a bunch of farm boys?
Or maybe the time he coughed up an 18 point lead in the Elite Eight. That was special.
It is stupid trying to compare teams based only on 2 games played against mid majors and predicting a winner that way. Especially when the mid majors are at different levels of difficulty.
