Archie Goodwin dunk!

Link works, and it looks impressive, but the angle isn't very good. Would love to see it from closer to the ground, under the basket or near the basket.

Agree about the camera angle. Adjusted it might be one of the most impressive dunks I'd ever seen. Helluva running one hander no doubt.

He also went down and told someone to get that weak shiite out of here with block or a strip as the guy went up for a shot. We all know the kid can play. He's only what, 22 years old? He's going to be a very good pro.

Archie is only 20 years old. 8/17 he will be 21. drafted at actually 18, he could be playing on a lot of teams and possibly starting. Just a cluster**** of guards on Phoenix.

Younger. 20.

Phoenix is so stacked with guards he doesn't get a chance to play. He needs to get shipped out of there to get a chance to develop.

Where is he on the depth chart? Playing behind bled and dragic?

Playing behind Bledsoe, Dragic, Isaiah Thomas, Gerald Green,. Even Tyler Ennis is averaging more minutes than him.

Not to mention they signed Goran Dragic's brother in the offseason, to a richer deal than Archie's.

Danm didn't realize that. Forgot about Greene too.

They need to move him.

Archie won't turn 21 years old until next August. Kid has time to get better. His athleticism will keep him in the league longer than Miller, Teague, and Lamb.

He may be a minor player who comes off the bench, but people will pay to come see that...

which is why he should have a career in the league...

...all the kids in attendance will want to go back to see archie dunk...even if he isn't a star and may only play a little bit...

As others have said, he is still really young, developing, and finding his role...once he matures, finds his game at that level and gets comfortable within whatever role that bests suits him...he'll do alright...

Suns are guard heavy for some reason...hope phoenix is smart and patient with Archie...

Though he may never be a star...don't ever underestimate the value somebody with "Showtime" ability like that, has...

Archie was a ridic athlete but his problem was that he wanted to do this every time he touched the ball

Indeed. Even if there were three defenders in front of him and two wide open teammates spotted up begging for a pass.

He has improved a lot since playing here. He actually stayed on his feet after the dunk.

He had about three of those called charges. All terrible.

They were not "terrible" calls. I appreciated his effort (he did play hard), but Archie played totally out of control at UK.

It was almost like he didn't even see his defenders, he just went barreling forward no matter what (even when he had wide open teammates begging for a pass). There's never been a UK player where I was more willing to admit that he deserved every charging call he got.

If you're close enough to the rim to be dunked on, you're too close to get a charge call. Period.

There were never any teammates begging for a pass. Maybe Julius Mays, but wasnt like he was quick enough to ever be open. No point guard, no shooters, no offensive big men. It wasn't pretty, but Archie drive to the hole and try to make something out of nothing was all we had.
