Unfortunately, no other player shooting better than 30 percent from behind the arc.

We have nobody but Willis above 30% from 3pt? That's not what I expected to see from this particular team. Murray is shooting 3pt's WORSE the Aaron Harrison. He is 3-15. Ulis is way off from his start from 3pt last year.
THE good thing is the game against duke comes with different rims. I'd bet the farm Murray hits everything he shoots like he did at the Nike Hoop Summit. I blame the rims at RUPP for the low %.
those numbers tell me we have a HUGE rebounding problem. I think Cal will end up going with I-saac Hump as starting center and Skal at power forward. I-saac has showed he can rebound in the time I've seen him. I'm kinda worried that Marcus Lee can continue to pull in 8 rebounds a game as he does now. You really need a double digit rebound guy to anchor a good team. Skal doesn't seem to be that type of rebounder. I'd go with Isaac. I think he can pull 10. He has some Jorts in him.
Through three games it appears that this team is struggling to shoot the three. Yet we don't expect to be zoned? Cal admitted after the game against Albany that he hasn't worked on any zone offense yet? Good grief.
2 games regular season. 2 games exhibition. 2 + 2 = 4 on most planets.
But 2 + 2 = 3 games? Is that the new math where the answer don't matter as long as you can throw enough crap at the teacher to make them think you know what you are doing? I'm guessing that's the same line of crap you'll use to bash Cal again? It always made as much sense as you counting to 3. Or 4.
Just think his stubbornness will cost the team. He refused to watch film against Wisconsin with 38-0 and the perfect season on the line and look what happened. Refused to zone Uconn in 2014 when we had no chance to contain their guards in man and look what happened. Had no idea how to attack West Virginia's zone in 2010 and look what happened. Color me concerned that when Albany threw zone at us in the first game of the season we struggled against it. And to make things worse, Cal admitted in the post game that he hasn't worked on any zone offense yet. Compile that with the fact that Derek Willis (who has never played) is leading the team in three point percentage? Yes, I think its a bit of a concern.

Willis leading the team in 3 pt shooting does not concern me. Go Cats!!Just think his stubbornness will cost the team. Guess the team didn't need to watch film
I bet you're excited to see your Blue Devils play tomorrowThrough three games it appears that this team is struggling to shoot the three. Yet we don't expect to be zoned? Cal admitted after the game against Albany that he hasn't worked on any zone offense yet? Good grief.
Guess not, since doing is better than watching. And, it seems like we knew this when we hired him and he's had the most successful run in decades:
Of course, the folks that aren't trying to tear the program down, such as yourself, knew this already.
This is how Calipari has coached for at least the last decade. Kentucky touches on its opponents in the days before a game with a series of walk-throughs in which the Wildcats’ scout team apes the upcoming opponent’s strategy. By the time Kentucky’s players watch film, they have already seen the opponent’s sets on the court, often several times. Even then, though, they aren’t looking for specific plays.
“You see the idea of their offense,” Kentucky guard Aaron Harrison said. “We don’t need to watch every single play. We need to know the options off each set they have. After that we just have to defend.”
How many threads will CUT-Nuts derail with his Cal hate-fest? Same shit, different thread.
Stop baiting
Baiting? You do this crap in every thread. The thread could be titled "Barney got raped on live TV" yet somehow you would turn it into a coach cal/coach k comparison debate, your Wisconsin game-film debate, or you'll find another way to tell us all how Cal will never win another title. It's always the same crap. I don't care what the thread has been titled, it has no baring to you.
Im sorry, how did not watching the film turn out for us against Wisconsin again?
Yeah, not watching film was the only reason we lost. Wasted all that time walking through the Wisconsin sets instead of setting on their ass watching film. You must be one of them basketball super geniuses that thinks there is only one way to do things.
Did you get in on any of the "action" with the UL recruits? Thought maybe they made arrangement for their special fans such as yourself.
You guys enjoy the NIT and don't forget your shots.
Get your crap out of here. You are definitely anti cal. To even question a coach that has been to 4 final fours, runner up, and a national championship while here is an absolute joke. Not a UL fan, but wasn't Cal in the NIT in 2013?

Yeah. Noel blew out his knee from walking through too many of FL offensive sets. Should have been watching girls on the pole like your boys. Of course, you'd blame that on film instead of a key injury like Noel. Takes a real basketball supercomputer to come up with that.
Not a Card fan? No Kentucky Fan would relentlessly trash the most successful coach we've had since the mid 70's. Maybe you worship Ratface and his flopping hoard. Maybe you can catch some spit when he's spewing on a ref tomorrow.
Oh yeah thats right, Noel blew his knee out leaving Cal with only 4 five-star players instead of 5 five-star players. Hell, how can anyone expect a coach to get a team to the ncaa tournament with only 4 five-star players? My bad….
