I would start Butler, Oweh, Robinson, Carr, Williams.
Same I've been saying since our roster was completed.
In order of importance (good question), I would go:
Butler, Williams, Oweh, Carr, Robinson, Brea, Kriisa, Garrison, Almonor, Chandler, Perry, Noah
But many of these are close, as I don't see a huge difference from 1-9, and could see any/all 12 contribute.
Barring injuries, I expect the minutes to go from 28 to 10 for the top 10 guys, and Perry and Noah to carve out 2-5 each.
Im not trying to be a dork but this post made me tear up.I agree with this.
UK has never had 11th and 12th rotation men as good as perry and Noah.
POSITION | STARTERS | ROTATION | RESER |
G | Butler (1) | Kriisa (8) | Perry (12) |
G | Oweh (4) | Chandler (10) | |
G/F | Robinson (5) | Brea (6) | Noah (11) |
F | Carr (2) | Almonor (9) | |
C | Williams (3) | Garrison (7) |
This seems spot on to me.Importance in parentheses.
POSITIONSTARTERS ROTATION RESER GButler (1) Kriisa (8) Perry (12) GOweh (4) Chandler (10) G/FRobinson (5) Brea (6) Noah (11) FCarr (2) Almonor (9) CWilliams (3) Garrison (7)
I think this is closest....I'd have Oweh a bit higher as he has the look of our best downhill rim attacker and top 3 defensive stopper.....The starters last night, that’s the starters I would stick with until they give me a reason not to start them.
Order of importance? That’s tricky.
I’ll go:
Robinson
Butler
Williams
Carr
Oweh
Brea
Kriisa (once healthy)
Garrison
Almonor
Chandler
Perry
Noah
I don’t think the Freshmen will be counted on for much heavy lifting once we get in the SEC. Unless one of them really breaks out. Chandler is the best candidate for that, I think.
A lot of people have been kind of down on Kriisa, because of his streakiness, but I am excited to have him as our 7th to 8th man. We are talking a guy who has started most of his career at two different P5 schools and he’s going to come off our bench. I’m excited to have some veteran firepower coming off the bench.
