In the middle, seems to give UK problems..... UK usually
places Carl on the postman, and Willie guards the PF, and rotates across
the floor, and switches when needed.... In this case, Texas A&M
doesn't have a true PF, but the same as two huge centers... That means
that Willie has to guard a big man, and he usually loses his ability to
come out of no where, and play help defense, and block shots.....

So, lets pretend I'm Cal now...

If I played a team that was heavy inside with two big men, I would
start Johnson and Carl in the double post... That would allow Willie to
guard the #3 man, and roam and block shots..... This would keep him out
of foul trouble, which he almost never gets into, and allow him to play
his game....

If you start that team, then you have two really
good postmen that can draw fouls, plus Carl can draw his man away from
the basket with his ability to shoot.... Johnson down low, I don't think
anyone in the league can stop him one on one, so they couldn't double
him down low like they did to him in the last game.... Johnson couldn't
get the ball up, because those two big men, and another player would
drape themselves all over him... He couldn't get the ball 8 inches out
of his hands, before they blocked it, and mugged him.... Of course, no
fouls called....

We might give up some speed on defense, but our
offense would clique.... We could rotate speed in and out, so they
couldn't get a bead on how we were playing... Go from heavy inside to
speed all over the court...

Now that I've solved that problem, how much will you pay me a year? Be nice....
