#8 Creighton goes down to Vegas

I live in Omaha , but hate Creighton and the fans. But They weren’t overrated last year. They were one shot away from the final 4. Still unsure how good they’ll be this year. Teams can turn it on at different points of the season. But they might not be what they were last year. They’re very hard to beat at home. But can flop sometimes on the road
The talking heads always love Creighton. Never understood why. Will be another fast out in March.
They lost to a 4-4 UNLV team by 15. That is a bad loss.
Except they lost to 3-4 UNLV by nearly 20. That is definitely a bad loss.

UNLV will finish in the mid to upper 100's in the NET.
I'm still confused how people are confusing Colorado State and UNLV? Lol.
UNLV is definitely a bad loss. They are NOT high in the NET. Their NET ranking is still 146 and that is AFTER the Creighton win. Before that, they were at 210.
Colorado State is the one at 21 in the NET.

To be honest, Creighton might be pretty good but this stuff is happening all the time now. But yes, Creighton gets unnecessary love every year.
Any given day, still thinking about 2010 and missing every 3pt shot against WV. That was our title!
I looked that the wrong date I guess. I saw where they lost to CSU and I thought that was the most recent one. That's my bad. UNLV is a bad loss.
Well, close then. But losing at Rupp to a team like that is unacceptable. I think Kentucky as favored by 18.5. Creighton was favored by 13.5
Marquette had an absolute dogfight vs NET #185 St Thomas. Only won by 5 at home. You never know this season.
Maybe this year but last year they were legit. Colorado State is very good but I doubt UNLV is. I’ll have to tune into one of their games to watch them play. I’ll like to catch as many teams as I can for March.
Had the free throw disparity not been 28-10 they would have lost.

I realize you're a fan of Florida State or some other school, but Kentucky fans punch up not down. And since no one is up we just punch even.
