And will most likely end after 33 haha. Just kidding but seriously we have to play MUUUUCH better than tonight if we want to win tonight. Ulis had 2 assist and 5 turnovers, Murray had 5 turnovers also. Even though their tallest guy was 6'8 we could only out rebound them 39-33. Skal+POY could only manage to get 8 rebounds. We let them get 17 offensive rebounds. We had 20 turnovers. In general we didn't show much energy or competiveness. They seemed like they knew they were going to win and didn't look like they were interested. Besides the NIT team season opener this is the lowest margin of victory for a season opener in the coach Cal era. We have so much potential and it will be fun to see how they improve during the season.

Has UK played a consistent mid major tourney team for the other openers? Without looking at past schedules I really don't know, but Albany wasn't a bad team. Those are the type of teams I like to see us play early on. Teams that should make the tournament as a low seed, and have a core of veteran players. It'll be interesting to see how we come out and play tomorrow

honestly I'm not sure how the other teams did during the year. I do know that are strongest opponent/big name team was Maryland during the NIT season.

Brooklyn. Great start to the season, Polson led us to victory. JayZ and Beyonce courtside, and Papa John was drunk beyond comprehension before the game.
