    I ride a road bike around 30+ miles at a time. Only thing that bothers my knees is the impact from running. It's just a small tear. Not a full blown out meniscus

    I've got a small tear in my meniscus. I can ride a bike and walk without pain. But after a few minutes running on a treadmill it's a no go for me. Dr said they can go in and clean it up. Just waiting at this point.
