    There are multiple strains of the coronavirus but the CVID-19 (I think) is the one killing everyone. We have a patient in my hospital with coronavirus here in KY but it's a different strain and they are just fine.

    I'd say that he is wrong and just being a dick. Politely ask the lady sitting in front of him to not recline her seat would be the best way to handle it. If she says yes great! If she says no then you just have to drin and bare it for the duration of the flight.
