    His pay is fine. Pay at the highest level of an organization is a combination of organization revenue, difficulty of the job and overall responsibility. At UK, those are all high numbers, hence his pay scale. Once I learned just how hamstrung he was at BYU I was convinced his performance...

    As good as Reed was last year, I really think he needs one more year. He has a few areas to work on. Of course, he could do that in the NBA. I'm thinking more about the second contract. It would be good for him to be ready to fully contribute as soon as he gets there.

    Its almost impossible for him to turn down the offer but Barney should never have put him in this position. There is nothing in Mark's coaching history to support hiring him at UK. I hope I'm wrong but I expect this to work out about this well;

    Drew had a terrible record in his early years, albeit the NCAA killed the program, but his results have greatly improved over time. Cal was the exact opposite.
