    Pope gets his 1st visit

You have former 5 star recruits transferring after one or two years nowadays, you could pick one up that way.

Feels like we're going back to Tubby era recruiting

We don’t need 10 5 star freshman, give me two or three and some upperclassmen and I’m good. Calipari’s problem was he had to many and couldn’t keep them or the fans happy

    Curious how some are feeling

I thought Calipari did a better job coaching when he had less players to manage, once they got healthy it went south.

I think I know why so many are against Scott Drew.

If Drew is the choice then I’ll support him as long as he is. I’ll always support the Wildcats no matter the coach and I’m sure everyone will get behind in the end

I would love to win this tournament, but....

Coaches want to win every game and you’re a fool to think otherwise. Quit dissecting every single word that comes out of the man’s mouth and you will save yourself of getting your blood pressure up

    Cal can’t help himself

I want the next coach to be just as arrogant

    I’m burnt out

Could not have said it any better! Through the good times and the bad, I’ll be there.

    Cal’s call-in show 1/8

I hope the next coach is just as arrogant as Calipari. You can’t let fans determine rotations and starting lineups, that would be nonsense.

VJ Edgecombe playing at 5:30 ET on ESPNU

It’s going to be interesting to see how Scheyer coaches a team full of wing players and keep them happy

What can UK do about a kid throwing UK on his final list? This stuff has been going on forever and Kentucky still gets their share of top players. I’m just glad he’s making a decision soon so UK can look elsewhere.

    Cal: Pen Plays tonight! 12/6

I quit trying to dissect every quote from UK coaches many years ago, maybe you should do the same. Coaches just talk to get through their radio show and interviews and that’s it. They rarely give any true insight to the game.

Let's all make a BBN pledge not to single out an individual player & badmouth his play

I must have missed the part of Calipari’s interview when this was said. I can’t believe any coach would throw an individual player under the bus when the whole team played bad defense.

Giving Coach Cal Credit, because it's due (at least from me)

Rupps Rafters has very low traffic when things are going well and unbearable when they lose a game.

The real scoop on Stoops to A&M

The man was never leaving. He has a good thing going on at UK if he can just ignore some of the fans when things are not going well. So in my opinion, Stoops will retire from this job.

The real scoop on Stoops to A&M

Kentucky Spin doctor Radio will say Stoops didn’t want the job
  16. jace2012

Matt Jones: "I am told by a very good source that Mark Stoops is staying at Kentucky"

They were smart to say no and Stoops will never be let go by UK, he would be crazy to just up and leave
  17. jace2012

    Stoops to A&M?

And get fired after four years of not producing wins. He has job security at UK if he can just put up with the malcontents
  18. jace2012

    And yet…

Cats Illustrated forums is a cesspool of miserable people. Between the basketball fans that feel entitled and the football fans who want to fire a coach who’s done more for UK football than any other coach in its history. It’s a shame since this use to be a nice forum to visit with fans to...

What exactly does Cal need to do for you guys to be content with his usage of Reed ?

A lion does not concern himself with the opinion of sheep

    Edwards will step it up

I agree but you’re wasting your time…just saying. Some people on here are not having it. They want to win and win now. They don’t have time to wait on players to develop and get use to the speed of college ball
