    The NET currently has Iowa St ranked 5th. Iowa St has an 0-2 record against quad one teams and is 2-0 against quad 2. They’re also 8-0 against quad 4. Maybe it’ll level out after more games are played but at this point it’s just pure garbage as a metric to determine how teams should be ranked.

    Recruiting is the most important job of a coach so Pitino’s failure to bring in equal talent is a big mark against him not an excuse. Plus he was at UofL so he had no excuse for his inability to recruit better. He had to resort to cheating to keep up with Cal and it brought on his own downfall.
