Who are the top (5) "Young" coaches

Who are the top Young coaches out there worth considering to take a chance on? Young being say 35-45.
I'm not sure I'd rather take a chance on one of those (lower floor, but higher ceiling) than an "eh..." 2nd/3rd tier choice. With such a choice, the money would be less, and contract not guaranteed more than say 2 years.

We see Golden mentioned, since we are more familiar with him, but I'm sure there are others.

(please add their school for those of us unfamiliar with them)

Amir Abdur-Rahim is a name that I keep hearing as an up and coming guy. Josh Schertz is slightly above that age at 48 but a hot name. He is a cheating mofo and a lot of people don't like him but Will Wade can coach too.
