I’ve been told this is the biggest hang up. Drew was hesitant but came around, but Mitch didn’t believe the incentives were generous enough. 7 years, $8m/year so Mitch is eyeing a buyout package in the $50m range with automatic extensions and raises kicking in at 20 wins (he wants this to be manageable, no crazy expectations)- very similar to what stoops had on his contract for so long. The plan is to schedule soft and bake as many of those 20 wins into the cake as we can.
