I need to figure out how to rip videos from TV to vine / twitter does anyone know an easy way or is this complicated?

Stand in front of your tv with a phone that records video, record clip with phone, upload to internet.
You can get way more complicated than that if quality is important, although no one cares about quality on Vine.

Unfortunately quality is important otherwise I'd do as you said. Just figured there was an easy app or website available out there that I was unaware of.
