So Billy is reciprocating after last year's downturn.

I dunno. Billy D was in Louisville this weekend at the Under Armour AAU circuit at MidAmerican...doing some recruiting, along with Sean Miller, Coach O, and lots of others. If he were headed to OKC I'm not sure he'd worry about doing that. But who knows.
