What was he doing for the last two minutes, playing Tic Tac Toe?

at the end of the half which has happened frequently with Stoops.

You had to know Coach Stoops was NOT going to do anything other than take a knee when we got the ball back even if it was with 1 minute left. His ONLY objective was to stop the Cards from scoring a TD. Heck, we were playing prevent and the Cards were too conservative to try and move the ball or they could have gotten another FG.

But, I will say we play better from behind than we do with a lead or even tied in the 1st half of games under Stoops. And that is SAD, but it is Stoops' mantra.

Hope we can hold them on the first 2nd half series and then score a TD, If they score a TD and we don't, it could be over. We HAVE to take the lead in the 3rd, because we are HORRIBLE in the 4th on offense. So many things have to fall into place for us to win, it's DRAINING to watch!!!

Stoops conservative formula makes for a TINY margin of error. I am getting SICK of it!!

You’ve spent too much time acting, not enough time coaching. Stoops played that perfectly. Kept them off the scoreboard and let the clock get away from them. They were to get the ball after the half too. When is the next borne flick coming out?

You’re one of those guys who would rather be right on a message board and see your team lose than see your team win and have to admit you were wrong.

You are in fact wrong. Time was managed perfectly at the end of the first half.
