I think it may be time to change the starting lineup, but that isn’t the time that matters most IMO

Understand, I meant the time that matters most as in the final stretch of the season. Seeding matters an incredible amount and silly losses will only push us down further

Obviously. The issue is the one guy who matters for that decision is too stubborn or too held hostage to do it.

The worst thing to happen to UK was getting all 3 7 footers back. Cal is trying too many different lineups and its almost February.

I don't even know what starting lineup I'd prefer at this point.

Gun to head I'd say shep, Dilly, reeves, mitchell and Z.

Idk which Z is real Z though so that's a gamble.

A week - 10 days ago I was in the camp of liking Reed and Dilly bringing the energy from the bench but I think that may have run its course. We need to put the best players on the floor and let them play and sub as needed. When/if Theiro returns we have a solid 9 man rotation with Edwards being odd man out. Bradshaw/edwards/wagner is just not a good combo yet they play together a good 15 minutes per game minimally. If cal does what he normally does and whittles his rotation to 7 with occasional use of 8, this team is done as these 3 will be a part of that. It’s what cal does and why this team never stood a chance with him as head coach.

I'm in with any starting lineup that does not include Edwards. Its high time for him to earn his minutes, instead of being entitled to them by promises made and kept.

While you are correct, Bradshaw/wagner/Edwards spend entirely too much time on the floor together and they are not a productive trio. 75 minutes last night combined and went 10/10/3. That’s a lot of ground to make up for the remaining 125 minutes.

I think that time has already passed. But I think Cal just needs to start the best 5 defensively. Good luck trying to find 5. And......the team should put whoever is the best D coach in charge of that side of the ball. Do we have an assistant who would be considered a D specialist?

The offense will take care of itself if we can play D.

Maybe the complete disaster last night, gives Calipari the "all clear" to make that change. Try bringing Edwards off the bench a game or two. Maybe that will change the dynamics, and take some pressure off Edwards. Because he is in a major mental basketball funk right now.

You basketball Bennie’s don’t know Jack sh#t. Changing the lineup would destroy the time space continuum and possibly the unthinkable, draft night. Just stop caring about the win/loss column and enjoy the process of watching the Hall of Shame coach demonstrate early 2000’s offensive knowledge.

Looks like almost everyone is finally coming around. It only took an embarrassing loss to see what the rest of us have been seeing.

If we didn’t live in a world where NBA one and done money didn’t ruin everything, I think most of these kids would be three year players at the least. Couple of two years, but some of them are so green and soft they would just get moved right out of perimeter every possession in an nba game. Probably even g league.
Take Bradshaw for example. He would get absolutely manhandled by a true big
