I was watching Hurley being interviewed on the Pat McAfee show and he asked him about the Kentucky job opening and Cal leaving. He told him that his agent told him to not say anything.

Read between the lines.

That is NOT a no right now.

That means... there is still hope for Hurley!

Thing is UCONN already operates at a 30M dollar loss. The university subsidies their athletics programs for that amount. They may not be able to give him and his staff and NIL funds.

I think UK has to offer 11 mil plus 1 mil in incentives each year to come here. That is minimal. He would be the highest paid coach (football or basketball). Not sure his ego can pass that up. Wife can live in both places. Go between houses. Plus if the info about him being a bengals fan is true (have not idea), then you can put up cash for a suite at bengals stadium.
