Florida Loses Fmr. 4-Star TE to USC

Quote: The two could end up making their USC debuts at the same time. As of now, the Imatorbhebhe family has not submitted a petition to the NCAA for immediate eligibility. A source said there is certainly a "legitimate" case but wasn't sure what the chances were of it being approved.

If he can get his petition granted on the fact that his family moved west, our guys should have a good chance too. I thought they were trying to suppress transfers from being eligible immediately.

Don't know what role he would have played but anything that weakens Florida is a good thing. We HAVE to beat Florida this year.

So a very lightly recruited tweener WR/TE that was offered very late by UF was bumped up to a 4-star? That is priceless. The only reason that UF took a flyer on the older brother was to get his younger brother. Once the younger brother committed to USC (Condoms), it was at the least a mutual parting of the ways between UF and Imortehebe (sp?), if he wasn't out-right cut by UF. It also sounds like the Reggie Bush family assistance program is still in full effect in Los Angeles.

From the USC article...

He confirmed that his family is also moving to Los Angeles but wished to keep the reason behind the move private.
