Just got to a certain part of the podcast. Cal says that if his son goes to UK, he's staying at least 5 more years, and if he's staying that long, he may just stay until he's 70 and then retire.
We all assumed that he would stay roughly 5 more years before retiring at about 60, but it would be nice to have 15 more years of this.

Poythress will be playing the FOUR!!!!!

Cal says the NBA has gone to small ball and Poy is plenty big enough and will excel.

I wasn't aware they dropped the 5 second closely guarded rule for this year.

that's one change they made they I don't like. Stupid rule. Reward the defense... just like with all loose ball situations where there's a tie up caused by the defense. Just count it as a TO and give the ball to the other team. Reward hustle.

Cal didn't like it either.

Highlights:

* Brad Calipari talks back too much and would be hard to coach. Used to say Strickland was a better shooting coach than Cal.

* How good the McKie/Jones Temple team was, but how that team "got beat three times in one year" but Cal.

* Took a shot at Duke (without saying their names) for flopping.

* Said the current class of 2016 might be their best yet because they are in great shape with a ton of elite guys.

* Talked Ulis' draft potential and how Cal expects him to leave for the NBA early.

* Said he might coach until he's 70, "maybe 73".
