(Lincolnshire, IL) 84-58: FG 7/9; 3's 1/1; FT 0/1; Reb 1; PF 3; TP 15; A 2; TO 7; Blk 0; Stl 2 - When I saw Derryck at the HoopHall last year as a sophomore, he shot poorly and too early in the shot clock (yes, Massachusetts high school games use a shot clock). This year he was much more poised and shot well. Had more turnovers than he should in a game that wasn't close. Findlay is one of the top teams in the country and is loaded with D-1 players, so I would like to see him manage the ball more than he did today. At only 6'-2" he has no hesitation taking the ball to the hole, getting 10 of his 15 points in the paint. Had a recent unofficial to UK and Cal seems to be recruiting, although we rarely have any luck with signing Findlay players - Liggins an exception.
