UK wins game 1 by a count of 7-6, D Beggs throws a jewel thru 7 innings. He leaves after 7 innings with a 7-3 lead, bullpen scuffles allowing 3 runs over the last 2 innings, but S Jack comes on for the save.
Cats are up 4-0 bottom of the 6th in game 2, K Cody throwing a shutout thru 6, UK looking for the series sweep.

Our game tomorrow with Cincinnati may be in jeopardy because of the expected rain in most all of the Commonwealth. Maybe we can get it in between showers !
