Anybody know where to find a UK stencil?

Reason I am asking, I'm refurbishing my grandfathers WW2 footlocker and wanted to put a big UK logo on the top.

With that said, what is the true color of UK blue? I would like to paint it that color as well.

Mods, please do not move this to the paddock. More traffic here. Also, quite a few trolls that could be zapped before you have to move this thread.

For stencilis I just print out a logo, tape it to cardboard, and use an exacto knife to cut it out of the cardboard.

UK official blue is Pantone 286. If you are using the Hex system(web design) #005DAA
